In these uncertain times, it is easy to feel a sense of powerlessness and hopelessness. The world is changing in ways we can hardly predict. For our own health, it is important to take a step back from the doom and gloom of the news and focus on the things we can actually have an impact on.
How do we, as people and as a community respond to frightening events outside our control? Do we hunker down in our individual homes, or do we look to our friends and neighbors to make sure they too, are all right? In this article, I make the case for the latter approach.

How can you avoid going to the shop 3 times a week if that is what you were used to? Here is one example of how one couple keeps their pantry stocked to keep them well-fed for weeks.
